Alexandra is a clinical specialist in knees, having worked alongside Orthopaedic Consultant Neil Bradbury for many years.

She has a graduate Diploma in Physiotherapy and a Diploma in Sports & Exercise Medicine. She spent 2 years at University College Hospital, London before working at the Royal North Shore, Sydney. Alex then worked for 2 years at St. Thomas’s Hospital where she specialised in musculoskeletal physiotherapy which is now her passion.

In 1994, Alex moved to the Royal United Hospital, Bath where she worked in the Sports Injury clinic. It was at this time that she completed her Diploma in Sports & Exercise Medicine at The London. She also worked at Bath Rugby for a period which spanned 6 years. She then went on to work at the BMI Bath Clinic where she worked as a Clinical Specialist in knees, working alongside an Orthopaedic Consultant. Alex joined CircleBath in 2010 where she can be found today.

Alex worked at Bath University for 7 years, as a lecturer and examiner on the MSc in Sports Medicine for Doctors.

Year of first medical qualification: 1987.

Alex has a love of sport and the outdoors. She spends much of her spare time running, cycling, swimming and scuba diving.
